• While growing up, Sapna Mukherjee wanted to become a doctor.

• After this, film director Feroz Khan called her to Mumbai and advised her to take training in singing from music directors Kalyanji and Anandji.

• In Bollywood, she gained popularity with the song Tirchi Topi Wale from the 1989 Bollywood film ‘Tridev.’

• Sapna Mukherjee has worked with singers like Sonu Nigam, Mohammad Aziz, Anu Malik, and A. R. Rahman.

• She has also worked with various known music directors like Kishore Kumar, Vinod Rathod, Udit Narayan, Kumar Sanu, and Abhijeet.
