• Anuja Joshi was born and brought up in Virginia, United States. 

• Her father, Alankar Joshi (better known as Master Alankar) had appeared as a child artist in the many popular Bollywood films of the 70s and 80s, such as Andaz, Sita Aur Geeta, Dream Girl, Zameer, Don, and Sholay. He is best known for portraying the childhood role of Amitabh Bachchan in the 1975 blockbuster film Deewaar.

• Anuja started her acting career in 2014 buy playing a small role in the film, “100: The Tribute.”

• In 2019, she appeared in the role of Rivanah Bannerjee in the MX Player web series “Hello Mini.”

• In the same year, she played the character of Debbie in the ALTBalaji Web Series “Broken But Beautiful” Season 2.

• Anuja’s twin sister is also an actress. Aneesha made her debut in Hindi cinema in 2016 with the film, “Junooniyat.”
