• Jack Kilmer was born into a family of actors in Los Angeles.

  

• While he was studying in a school in California, the American filmmaker Gia Coppola was his senior in school.

  

• In 2013, Gia asked him to review the script of the film Palo Alto which was an adaptation of James Franco’s book. She wanted his advice on the dialogues of the script and whether it was apt for today’s generation of kids. While he was reading the dialogue, she felt that he could be a part of the film. So, she asked him to audition for a role in the film. Later, Jack’s real-life father also played a small role in the film. Initially, Jack was not confident as he did not have any professional training or experience in acting.

• After completing the shooting of the film, he wanted to apply for college, but after the release of the film, he started getting offers for various acting projects. So, he decided to continue working in films.

• He has lent his voice to songs in a few English films like Palo Alto (2013) and Val (2021).
