  • He was raised in a family that was deeply involved in music and playing instruments.
  • His father taught him multiple instruments when he was a young child.
  • When he was a child, he was inspired to listen to rock music and play guitar through playing Guitar Hero (2005).
  • From a young age, he drew inspiration from local metalcore and the underground hip hop scene in Miami. He soon started performing live with his band in the local heavy metal, punk rock, and gothic rock scenes.
  • Initially, he made music under a number a pseudonyms, including Lito Xantana, Vizion, and Scarybrats. Later, he chose the stage name “Poorstacy,” inspired by the skater Stacy Peralta.
