• Niurka Marcos was born in Cuba and worked as a dancer in the Tropicana nightclub in Havana.

• She later shifted to Mexico, where she began performing as a vedette.

• She later performed in many soap operas such as Drop of Love, I Will Never Forget You, and I Live for Elena.

• In 1998, producer Jusan Osorio was impressed with her beauty and talent, and signed her for the opera ‘Aventurera.’ They later started a relationship and welcomed a son named Emilio.

  

• In 2003, she was featured in the Big Brother VIP 3 (Mexico), aired on Televisa. In September 2019, her housemate in the show, Hector Sandarti, posted a video of them sleeping on a bed when he suddenly woke up in the middle of the night while her breasts were visible.
