• Her father was a soldier in the 1971 Indo-Pak war.

• Her great-grandfather was in the British Army, and later he joined India’s freedom movement.

• During her college days, Shyna Sunsara served as an Army cadet and won a gold medal from the President of India for excelling in rifle shooting.

• After completing her formal education, she joined Orion Education Private Limited as a human resources manager in March 2013 in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

• Shyna Sunsara won the Mrs Gujarat and Mrs India Earth beauty pageants in 2017.
