• Twinkle Chourasia is an Indian bikini athlete, fitness trainer, bodybuilder, and TV personality who gained popularity after appearing as a contestant on the reality TV show MTV Roadies – Karm Ya Kaand in 2023.

• Her family hails from Haryana, India.

• She was athletic since childhood and grew up playing basketball at school.

  

• Until 2017, she pursued basketball with complete dedication. Despite her unwavering effort, she faced disappointment as she couldn’t qualify for the nationals, which deeply saddened her. Subsequently, she decided to join a gym, where someone suggested she try powerlifting. Over time, she transitioned into becoming a bodybuilder. Originating from a small town in Madhya Pradesh, Chourasia encountered the narrow-mindedness of Indian society, where people disapproved of her career as a bikini athlete. • She participated in her first bodybuilding competition in 2021 against her parents’ wishes. In the competition, she achieved an impressive second place, an accomplishment which significantly strengthened her self-assurance, and from that point forward, there was no looking back. As she gained recognition and established herself in the field, she eventually created an Instagram account with her real name Twinkle Chourasia.

• In 2019, she secured the first position in the District Bench Press Powerlifting Championship, Jabalpur in the sub-junior 57 kg weight category.

  

• She was the second runner-up in the IPA / NPC National championship in the Women Bikini + Wellness category in 2021.

  

• In the same year, she became the winner of the bodybuilding contest Fit Factor India Delhi.

  

• In April 2023, she competed in Enhanced NPC Series 2023 Noida (UP) in which she got eliminated after reaching the Top 6.

  

• She also competed in the Aman Classic Bodybuilding championship before auditioning for MTV Roadies.

• In 2023, she came into the limelight when she appeared as a contestant on the Season 19 of MTV Roadies. Gang leaders were awestruck by Chourasia’s performance during the auditions in which she did 5 squats carrying Prince Narula over her shoulders. Watching this, her opponent Shuly Nadar did 6  squats carrying Gautam Gulati. Gautam Gulati won the bid for Twinkle Chourasia for 2100 Roadiums.
