  • According to Gabby Allen, she started training in dance at the age of three.
  • At age 11, she had corrective surgery for scoliosis (a condition in which the spine bends abnormally in either direction), after which she had to relearn even the process of walking.
  • She went to several dance auditions to pursue her goal of a professional dancing career, but she found dance fitness programmes, which she had been introduced to through her friends, more to her liking.
  • She completed fitness training qualifications and worked as a professional fitness trainer at several studios in London including Frame, BLOK, and Third Space.
  • After her popular appearance on the TV show Love Island in 2017, she also appeared on Celebrity Big Brother: Eye of the Storm (Series 22) on Channel 5 in 2018 and The Challenge: The Double Agents (2020-2021) on MTV.
  • In 2018, she launched a fitness app, Shape Up with Gabby Allen, which was a commercial success.
