Some Lesser Known Facts About Radhika Beriwala

• Radhika Beriwala is an All India Rank 1 holder in the chartered accountancy final december 2021 examination organised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

• Radhika was born and raised in was born in Surat, Gujarat. She was a very studious child since her childhood.

• She started her CA preparations while she was gaining her secondary education in commerce stream. Later, she started giving her CA exams while pursuing her bachelor’s degree in commerce. She scored 96 percent marks in Class 12 and 80 per cent marks in her graduation.

• Beriwala attended CA Chhavchharia Coaching Institute, a private coaching center in Surat, to prepare for CA examinations under the mentorship of CA Chhavchharia.
• Radhika, in an interview revealed that she faced huge difficulties while preparing for the exams during the Covid 19 lockdown. As most of the students, she attended online classes but the connectivity issues and small mobile screen hindered her concentration levels. But the pandemic proved to be a blessing in disguise as she got a lot of time to prepare for the examinations. Talking about the situation, she said,
  

  In the offline classes, we can raise our doubts before the coaching faculty members but online classes are marred by connectivity issues. Another major issue is the mobile screen is too small and does not help us concentrate well.”

• She never let the pandemic overtaking upon her studies. In order to overcome the impact, she used to call her teachers after every video lecture to clear up her doubts. Her mentor CA Chhavchharia was all in praise about her and said,
  

  She was a sincere student and never missed a single online class… She would call up the faculty to clear doubts.”

• The results for the chartered accountancy final december 2021 examination were declared on 11 February 2022 and Radhika Beriwala bagged the All India Rank 1 in the national level examination. She scored 640 out of 800 marks which concludes to 80 per cent. Thanking her family for providing the necessary support, she said,
  

  With God’s grace and my family’s support, I secured the first rank in CA finals. My parents are happier than me as their dream of seeing me on top of the list came true. I am thankful to my parents, grandparents and my coaching centre.”

• When Beriwala was asked what piece  of advise she would like to give to other aspirants, she said,
  

  My advice for the next batch of examinees is to keep studying with fun and confidence. CA studies aren’t actually very tough, it is lengthy and that calls for proper revisions. Though the mock test was quite important to crack any entrance exam, but, I only attempted two mock tests before the exam. But, solving the previous year papers really boosted my preparation and helped me to shine in the management entrance.”

• Next target for the CA topper 2021 is to crack the CAT exam as she aims to purse a MBA from her dream institute- Indian Institute of Managements (IIMs).
