Some Lesser Known Facts About K. K. Singh

• K. K. Singh is the father of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput.

• He was born in a Hindu Rajput family.

• Krishna Kumar Singh worked at Bihar state co-operative marketing union ltd. (BISCOMAUN) in Patna.

• On Sunday, 14 June 2020, his son Sushant Singh Rajput allegedly committed suicide; however, his death cause is subjected to further scrutiny by the investigative agencies in India.

• On 28 July 2020, he filed an F.I.R. against Rhea Chakraborty (the ex-girlfriend of Sushant) and her family members, including Rhea’s father Indrajit Chakraborty, her mother Sandhya Chakraborty, and her brother, Showik Chakraborty in Patna, Bihar. Shruti Modi (Sushant’s manager) was also named in the F.I.R.

• After the F.I.R., Bihar Police started a separate investigation into the matter; creating a row between Maharashtra Police and Bihar Police, and the matter reached the Supreme Court where, on 19 August 2020, the apex court ordered a probe by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) into Sushant’s death in Mumbai. ^[4]The Hindu

• Earlier, Rhea Chakraborty had shared the screenshots of her WhatsApp chat with Sushant Singh Rajput in which Sushant had mentioned about his sister, Priyanka’s ill behaviour with Rhea.  

• After Rhea shared the screenshots of her WhatsApp chat with Sushant, K. K. Singh also shared the screenshots of his WhatsApp chat with Rhea and Shruti Modi in which he wrote –
  

  Jab tum jan gaee ki main Sushant ka papa hun to bat kyon nahin ki. Akhir bat kya hai. Friend ban kar uska dekhbhal our uska elaj karba rahi ho to mea bhi farj banta hai ki Sushant ke bare men sari jankari mujhe bhi rahe. Esliye call kar mujhe bhi sari jankari do.” 

• In August 2020, the Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut said that Sushant was disturbed by his father’s second marriage, and they didn’t had sound relations with each other. ^[5]The Times of India
