- Uttar Kumar is a well-known actor, writer, producer, and director in Haryanvi cinema. He was born in Kuralsi village of Muzaffarnagar district, Uttar Pradesh.
- His first major success came with the Haryanvi film Dhakad Chhora. The film was shot in Kuralsi and nearby villages of Muzaffarnagar.
- Most actors were from Muzaffarnagar, Baghpat, and Shamli districts. Teacher Dev Sharma played an important role, while Sant Ram Banjara from Baghpat sang the songs.
